SANITARY PROTOCOL IN THE RECEPTION AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICE

Villazul Real Estate S.L. has developed the following sanitary protocol to minimize the risk of contagion by COVID-19 among our clients and employees. Please read carefully upon arrival the relevant information we have left in the accommodation you have booked and follow its instructions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RECEPTION AND CHECK IN

To avoid crowding and to ensure social distancing, registration and the handing over of the keys will, as a general rule, take place in the booked accommodation. In addition, whenever possible, all documentation will be sent to you electronically for your signature and consent.
The payment of the stay, as well as the deposit, will be made whenever possible by credit or debit card by POS. The device will be disinfected before and after each use .
Please respect the safety distance of at least 2 meters from our staff.
All those guests over the age of 14 must prepare their ID in advance in order to speed up the registration process at the Guardia Civil Hospitals. Whenever possible, registration will be done telematically, avoiding any contact. For this procedure, the ID card of all guests over 14 years of age will be required before their arrival on both sides. In case that this is not possible, a disinfected digital pen will be provided for your signature, which will be disinfected after each use of each guest .
The use of a mask is mandatory during the registration process, when a safety distance of 2 meters cannot be guaranteed. If you don't have one, we can provide one upon arrival .
We'll give you a disinfected set of keys.
On the day of departure, place the keys on the table in the dining room of the house, in a visible place, so that we can put them in a disinfectant solution again. Please notify us by phone or WhatsApp to proceed to properly clean, disinfect and close the accommodation after your departure for the next guest.

SAFE STAY

The accommodation, all the objects and furniture that make it up, as well as all the textiles, have been cleaned and disinfected by specialized and properly trained personnel. Our cleaning staff only uses virucidal products authorised in Spain. In each case according to the surface to be treated, in all rooms, both inside and outside. These products contain sodium hypochlorite or didecyldimethylammonium chloride as an active base. All the lingerie is treated at more than 60ºC by a professional, certified and trusted laundry. The dishes, cutlery and glassware have been properly sanitized in the dishwasher. You will find many contagionable elements with plastic protectors, such as remote controls of various kinds.Please do not remove them from their packaging, their cleaning is safer this way and their proper functioning will not be affected .
The most susceptible elements to contact, such as switches, handrails, taps, knobs, etc. , have been treated, cleaned and sterilized with special attention. In addition, you will find that the extra pillows, blankets and other auxiliary textiles, as well as brushes and any other susceptible elements to contagion, are properly sealed so that you have a firsttime use guarantee .
Relevant information about the use of the appliances will be sent to you by e-mail before your arrival so that you can check it on your mobile device whenever you need it. In case of any other possible doubts about the operation of the facilities, there is a contact telephone number where you can solve all the questions you need .
We provide hydro-alcoholic solution in the accommodation for your use. Remember, that hand washing with soap and water is the most effective against the virus, too.
Waste disposal protocol: Paper bins with lid and double bag are available, of non manual operation. Make good use of them and move your waste as often as necessary to the nearest container to your home, during and after your stay. Throw any personal hygiene waste away into the trash prepared bins or containers provided. Remember to close the waste bag securely for your safety and the safety of others.
Health authorities recommend thorough hand washing after sneezing, blowing your nose or coughing, or touching potentially contaminated surfaces (money, store documents, etc. ). Also, disinfect objects frequently of personal use (glasses, mobile phones, keys. . . etc. ) with soap and water and, when this is not possible, with a disinfectant solution .
In cases where our cleaning and/or maintenance staff have to be present at the accommodation, it is essential that guests are outside the accommodation to ensure maximum safety of all. We will coordinate the best schedule with you so that these types of interventions do not interrupt your rest or meal times. In these cases our staff will be properly uniformed and with the corresponding PPE. When it is not possible to stay outside the house, the safety distance of at least 2 metres must be maintained. It is recommended to be in a different room than where our staff is located.
Among the information provided upon arrival you will find a protocol of action against compatible symptoms with COVID-19. This protocol has been drawn up under the guidelines of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade and has been validated by the Ministry of Health. If you experience any symptoms, please read the information above and follow the instructions. In case of doubt due to fever, we can provide you with a non-contact thermometer.

ACCOMMODATION WITH COMMON AREAS

The capacity of the different common areas has been determined and they are correctly signposted. Please respect the recommendations and the safety distance.
For the properties that are located in private urbanizations managed by Communities of Owners, Villazul Cabo de Gata Real Estate S. L. are not responsible for the sanitary protocols adopted by these communities, and the clients and users must, in any case, abide by the rules and protocols of those communities of owners. You will be properly informed of these rules prior to the confirmation of your reservation, whenever its possible and we have all the information.
In the common areas where users stay, a spatial distribution has been established to guarantee a safety distance of at least two metres by means of signs on the ground limiting the spaces. All personal objects, such as towels, must remain within the twometer security perimeter established for each person or people, avoiding contact with the rest of the users.
It has a disinfectant solution in places of passage and especially in customer-intensive areas. The common areas are cleaned and disinfected by our staff 3 times a day, as prescribed by law.
Commonly used toilets have a hand dryer or paper dispenser, water and soap, ensuring that consumables are replenished at all times. For your safety it is cleaned, disinfected and hygienized 6 times a day. The maximum occupancy will be of one person, except in those cases of people who may require assistance, in which case the use of a companion will also be permitted.
All the bins have a non-manual opening and have a double bag inside, so make good use of them.
Our staff must ensure that customers respect safety distances, follow their recommendations and instructions at all times.
You will find information about the maximum capacity of the lifts. Under no circumstances you should share the lift with people from different family units.
Please note that the use of the pool is limited by schedule. It is mandatory to make an appointment before using the facilities, it will not be possible to stay in those facilities outside the established hours. The use of public showers is completely forbidden, so you will find them sealed and we ask you to use the one in your accommodation before and after using the common facilities.
In accomodations that have a common laundry for the use of clients, it will be essential to make an appointment in advance to guarantee its safety, cleaning and disinfection after each use.
In case of any symptoms that are compatible with the COVID-19, you should leave the shared-use facilities and follow the protocol that you will find in your home.

Our Contingency Plan has been drawn up on the basis of the document ;Measures to reduce the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus"; provided in May 2020 by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and duly endorsed by the Spanish Ministry of Health.

This document has been drawn up by a committee for risk management, complying the Law on the Prevention of Occupational Risks at all times. In any case, this document can and should be modified in terms of improvements, changes and safety as the scientific community and the Ministry of Health update their information on COVID-19.
